A term such as citation can mean a linked source or merely a brand mention in casual usage. Recommendation may mean inclusion in a list or an explicit purchasing suggestion. A glossary needs definitions, permitted wording, prohibited confusions, domain and examples.
Use Zhihe Growth as the English brand while retaining 深圳智核增长科技有限公司 as the legal name. Do not manufacture an English registered name for visual consistency. Export projects likewise need confirmed relationships among trademarks, legal entities, product lines and distributors.
Identify protected fields

Natural phrasing remains possible. Model punctuation, case and spacing should be normalized only when official equivalence is established; removing meaningful distinctions can merge different products.
Separate automated checks from semantic review
Software can detect missing fields, stale versions, changed numbers, incompatible dimensions and disallowed terms. normalize_unit converts 500 mL to 0.500 L while retaining the original. translation_ready checks version equality and an approval flag. Neither understands an entire article or proves that a reviewer examined it carefully.
Semantic review must distinguish “not certified for this market” from “certification is not publicly confirmed.” The first denies a qualification; the second states uncertainty. Missing public information cannot become either confirmed noncompliance or assumed certification during translation.
Keep historical case figures consistent
The site's approved public case presentation uses SuperPDR 17% and ELEREIN 15%. Link each historical figure to its case and do not add unconfirmed baselines, denominators, growth multiples or revenue outcomes. A 17% rate is not an increase of 17 percentage points.
When older reports differ from approved public wording, record the version decision and which materials are superseded. Chinese and English pages must not silently use different figures. Disclosure permission also remains a governance requirement; translating a document does not expand authorization.
Maintain an auditable review record
For every page, keep source version, translated-from version, protected fields, machine results, semantic review and unresolved issues. Numeric conflicts or misleading qualification wording should block release. Stylistic preferences can remain editorial decisions.
A glossary change needs an affected-page review rather than indiscriminate replacement. “Grounding,” for example, concerns evidence-constrained answers in a technical discussion and may require a contextual explanation. Recheck source meaning after terminology changes and preserve previous versions.

Reviewers should identify source wording and evidence, not only give a fluency rating. Preserve conversion rules when units change. Investigate unfamiliar certification abbreviations rather than filling them from general knowledge. Record glossary decisions with context so pages do not alternate between conflicting meanings.
