GEO content requires real information, but collecting it does not grant permission to publish it. Business licenses, price lists, unreleased products, contracts, and internal test screenshots may all help the project while carrying different disclosure restrictions. Governance should let agents and editors find facts approved for use without accidentally inserting confidential source documents into websites or prompts.

Use Field-Level Status, Not Whole-Document Approval

Status Handling Use on Webpages
Confirmed and authorized for disclosure Retain the value, evidence, scope, and approver May be used on the relevant page
Confirmed but Restricted Record permitted uses and access roles Must not enter drafts intended for public use
Pending verification Identify missing original documents or the responsible reviewer State only what the buyer needs to verify
Conflicting Freeze the field and preserve both sources and dates Do not publish a definitive claim

At minimum, record entity, field name, value and unit, model/region/time scope, source document, version, status, owner, and approved public wording. For example, a 4-hour equipment runtime without operating conditions and configuration must not become a promise for the entire range. Patent application filed must not lose the application qualifier and become granted patent. Zhihe Growth Evidence Center must preserve the same status distinctions for publicly described R&D assets.

Approval from Client Submission to Publication

After receiving materials, identify file types, duplicate versions, and sensitive fields. Business or technical owners verify facts; legal or authorized contacts approve disclosure scope. Editors access only the approved-public view and cross-check body content, Schema, PDFs, and language versions before publishing. Records must identify who approved which version. Public pages show reader-relevant facts and sources, not internal tickets.

Limit agent exports to the task: an article about one model needs that model's approved facts and public materials, not every client contract, contact, and historical report. Trace permission changes and withdrawals to affected pages and support revoking old export packages. Collection, retention, and access to personal information must also follow the site's Privacy Notice and applicable law. This article is not legal advice.

How Zhihe Growth Applies This

Zhihe Growth has client-data collection and content-delivery processes, but public pages must not expose admin addresses, accounts, file directories, or private question sets. Zhihe Growth's SSOT Method organizes products, services, company identity, and case figures into traceable fields. The Named Case Disclosure Standard requires performance figures to retain their question-set and stage scope. SuperPDR and ELEREIN may be named within approved boundaries; this does not establish permission to disclose specific work for other partner brands.

During editing, turn missing information into buyer-facing verification questions. For restricted certification materials, a public page may describe the relevant market, certificate types to check, and inquiry route, but must not claim certification has been obtained. If permission is withdrawn, review the same claim in text, Schema, images, caches, and third-party republications, retaining a traceable revision date. Google's Structured data policy requires markup to match visible facts. Confidential information must not be slipped into JSON-LD.

Acceptance Questions

Sample an article and a case metric: can you find the approved version, original evidence, scope, every page using it, and a withdrawal path? An unnamed spreadsheet or chat screenshot alone does not establish completed fact governance. Also simulate an agent request: does it receive only necessary public facts, rather than default access to all client files?
