Direct answer
Usually not. English content addresses basic readability, but international GEO also needs stable URLs, hreflang and canonical tags, consistent brand identity, real target-market questions, locally relevant evidence and limitations, and inquiry paths. If your main markets use only English, start with core English pages and expand to other languages based on test results.
Scope and limitations
Core English pages can be a first phase for a single market with a clear purchasing language and evidence that can be accurately expressed in English. Machine-translating an entire site does not mean multilingual GEO is complete.
